Care to join the wild?

The clan of the black leopards have always been the hunted of the forest. Yet no one seems to realize these Lycanthrope’s are the most lethal in the animal kingdom of the jungle, considering at night they can blend within the shadows and stalk their prey to the point they’re upon you before you least expect it. These majestic creatures have always been treated with spite and fear, for their black pelts with even darker rosettes have always been considered bad omen. A message of death.
Yet their sworn enemies, the clan of tigers, have always been considered the most respectable-- a figure of honor and majesty. Sheer strength and cunning follow their heavily padded footsteps wherever they go, and no one dares question their intent. Save for the night stalkers-- the leopards of black.
Though as majestic as the orange and striped wild cats maybe, the king of the jungle is still the only male Lion-- the one that survived that is. For his will is of iron, his strength renown and feared. Most the males of the lion clan died out in the great war, where all the jungle cats took part in. It is said, that of all the lives lost, not one clan suffered as much as the regal lions. And since the great King is the only male of his kind left in the jungle, he seeks a mate worthy to continue his lineage. A mate that shares the same need for revenge burning in his blood, one who will ensure the survival of the lion clan.
All three have been in an interlocked battle for decades now, their hatred for one another making it hard and difficult to resume normal day life.
The elders of each pack, the most cherished of people, have declared that no Were-cat may take a mate of a different species, nor sire anything of a hybrid lineage. In doing so will have your very pack seeking your death, and that alone makes you and outsider. These rules are simple-- for a wildcat.
The human in everyone seems to have become more dominant as it grows closer to the lunar eclipse, making it harder and harder for the Were-cats to obey the laws of old. Will deep set hatred keep treacherous passion in the depths of the forest at bay? Or will the fire of love itself consume everything in its path?
